We are ranked in the bottom when it comes to Animal abuse laws. Illinois has the toughest laws and we are going to mirror theirs to have the toughest in the nation. Once we get the law written, I am going to need signatures to give to the lobbyist so he can take them to state lawmakers. Also, I will need you all to call your lawmaker to let them know you want this law to pass. I am excited about this and hope you all will help me with this. http://aldf.org/press-room/press-releases/2015-report-released-best-worst-animal-protection-laws-by-state-ranked-1-50/ less
